On the weekend of 4th & 5th February 2017, Tap Dance Festival UK’s Winter Intensive welcomed over 60 dancers and 7 faculty International and National talent for an Intensive weekend of tap dancing at Pendleton Sixth Form Centre in Salford, Manchester.
After experiencing workshops and festivals across the globe, Suzanne wanted to bring this event to England.
Workshops included Choreography and Mock Auditions with Chloe Arnold, Improvisation with Harriet Spence, Musicality with Jess Murray, 3 and a Break and Across The Floor with Suzanne Clandon, Musical Theatre with Max Parker, Technique with Ryan Campbell-Birch and Commerical/Hip Hop with Alyx Steele.
On Saturday evening the attendees had a huge jam session with a live band to put into practice their choreography and improv skills learnt that day.
The weekend culminated in a fantastic showcase.
